"Depression when love leaves you."

Hmmm, in my experience, it's almost always exaltation rather than depression.

I once was caught (innocently) looking at a woman and she challenged me with "In your dreams," to which I replied, "Ha! more like a nightmare," and she hauled off and smacked me before I had time to duck.

Was I depressed at that? In her dreams!

The difference between love and lust is clearly seen in 1st Corinthians 13:8 “Love never ends.” Obviously lust does.

Actually the “Love never ends” was spoken by our Creator and I only echoed it. The comment on lust is my extrapolation.

Please let me add a reference to “The Creation Story – Slightly Embellished by a Man in Love” (http://Kozlowski.org/2020-05-19+1)

While this is humor, the underlying idea is serious. I am the man in love and remain so this day.

When issues arise, a man in love will tirelessly pursue reconciliation. I will put up my effort as an example for anyone to consider: http://Kozlowski.org/Promise
