Ken McCarthy’s book “What the Nurses Saw” is a compilation of interviews with several nurses telling the story of what nurses across the USA and Canada saw while working during the pandemic.
Although it is only available in paperback, the book has good sized print that is well spaced for easy reading. There are a few typos but they are easily overlooked.
The nurses are veteran, experienced nurses sharing their expert opinions on what they experienced over the past four years in both Canada and the USA. This book is especially interesting for me because I personally know one of the nurses (as well as many, many nurses that are not in the book).
Even though I’ve been active in opposing the narrative, right from the start (March 2020), it still makes me sick to my stomach to read about what was done to the people of the world.
Clearly a protocol was passed down from a high “authority”. This wasn’t just a problem in a few hospitals, or a few states or even just a single nation. This narrative was massive and pushed consistently on an international basis.
This disaster was not just medical incompetence. An atrocity has been committed. People have been taught to consider Hitler as the personification of evil (conveniently overlooking the actions of Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin), yet the Covid atrocity has exceeded anything done in World War II.
We should have learned from when our second President, John Adams, passed the Alien and Sedition acts in 1798. A government which can not be criticized is very, very dangerous. Many people think the current censorship is just a bit of good suppression of misinformation and hate speech, but “What the Nurses Saw” demonstrates it’s far worse than that and beyond the book other well respected individuals have had their lives slandered and seriously damaged. With this kind of heavy handed threat, it’s not surprising that a lot of people went along with the narrative, too scared to speak up.
In “What the Nurses Saw” it is reported that 1,127,152 are reported by the WHO (World Health Organization) to have died of Covid. I’ve been tracking the death data published by the CDC since the very start of this. I come up with a number of 1,826,876 “extra” deaths over the past four years. To me, it’s clear that the number of deaths from Covid is actually a fairly small number and not 61.7% of the extra deaths. Even if you accept the WHO’s figure, it’s completely unacceptable that our authorities would effectively murder 700,000 people (or the entire 1.8 million depending on your views)! I agree with the nurses that most of the “Covid deaths” were actually murder due to the “protocols” for standard Covid care (which were insane).
One admonishment I’d like to take this opportunity to make is that those of us opposing the tyranny, that caused this disaster, need to be extra careful to be accurate and not exaggerate our positions. In the book it is mentioned that a rally here at the Minnesota capitol had 5,000 people. I was at that rally, and I’m very good with numbers and estimating. My own observation was that we had between 2,000 to 3,000 people (most likely closer to 2,000). This is still more than ten times the “couple hundred” reported by the media.
A few paragraphs can’t do justice to a 400+ page book.
So what did the nurses see?
Huge numbers of people put on “vents” that didn’t need one.
Lack of qualified staff to run the vents
Usage of dangerous expensive drugs when basic nutrients and cheap drugs were working very well.
Massive financial benefits for following the protocol
Nurses and doctors refusing to follow the protocols were fired
A large number of nurses were inexperienced and the profession is changing from being a “calling” to becoming an “occupation” (way to make money).
A very important point the book makes very clear is that “vents” (ventilators) are extremely dangerous and require experts to operate them. Before Covid a vent would never be used except as a last resort to attempt to keep someone alive. Putting someone on a vent is very damaging and risky – it puts healthy people in jeopardy of dying just from the treatment!
If you still have any doubts about what really has happened over the past four years read the book. This is important because this isn’t over. The challenges ahead of us to restore some semblance of sanity and freedom are enormous.
Great review John. I was with you in calling the "pandemic" (it wasn't one) a sham from the start, and pointing out the tyranny of the interventions imposed. As for the vents, any doctor or nurse worth their degree should know that alveoli whose function is impaired (whether by damage or presence of viral material and/or fluid, which was generally the case with those infected, much like pneumonia) will not transfer oxygen to the blood no matter how much air is forced into the lungs; thus, the vents were *useless* to begin with. That they were used in people who were already fragile due to infection is a criminal atrocity. That expensive "pharmaceuticals" (poisons) like Remdesivir were used instead of, as you point out, inexpensive *proven* (and mostly innocuous) treatments like zinc, low-dose steroids, and ivermectin (yes, ivermectin - it is *NOT* just a "horse wormer") was likewise criminal. No "disease" in history has ever been (mis)handled the way Covid was, and the only conclusion a thinking person can reach is that these actions weren't simple incompetence - it was driven by malevolence.
Where can this book be ordered? Hubby retired at 70 from hospital work in very early days of Covid and before the vaccine mandates. Have watched all this unfold in horror.
