Health Reminders
The Obvious
Studying with the A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) has yielded many benefits over the past seventeen years. So elaborating on some of their advice:
First of all, the earlier in life you start paying attention and making efforts to be healthy the more effective such measures are. It’s never too late to start (or improve) though!
Get Up And Be Active More Often – If you have a desk job, develop habits to get up and walk around frequently.
Make Better Dietary Choices – Put that donut down!
Don’t Underestimate The Importance Of Quality Sleep – Go to bed at the same time each night, wake up at the same time each morning, sleep in a dark room without a lot of EMFs. Meditate!
Quit Bad Habits Such As Smoking – Duh!
Exercise Your Brain – think diversity here not repetition, do something you don’t typically do, study something you haven’t studied before.
Research on over 6,000 people age 44 to 84 for over seven years has shown this advice to decrease death by 80%. That’s not trivial!
Something else to consider:
“[The medical system]… is set up to treat mental and emotional health in pretty much the same way that it treats everything else: diagnose, prescribe, and, of course, bill.” - Peter Attia MD
My advice is to take care of yourself, don’t just make someone else wealthy.
