‘be all you can be’, that is incredibly thought provoking

Absolutely John, very, very far from vegan/vegetarian approaches the designed "human" diet. Our epiphany came when we realised the supermarket veges fruits are recent inventions and did not play any part in our paleolithic diet. The next step for us was the discovery that all plants have plant defence chemicals, which to humans are all toxic to varying degrees. The toxic effects of these compounds (lectins, oxalates etc) that make us sick and cause "flu like symptoms" are not even considered by "dieticians" who are all educated by Big Food and related interests like Big Pharma and of course the cancer industry. Follow the money!!! It's not a secret that people on 99% red meat diets never need supplements, never get sick and cancer is absent. (Ketosis is both the preventative and the cure for cancer - Prof Thomas Seyfried-Boston College) Every condition we call "disease" miraculously resolves. We feel privileged and are grateful to have discovered that...

This is what happens when we listen to ourselves instead of the propaganda machine.

Carnivore diet works. My wife and I are in our 70s, been doing it for 14 years, and we both say we should have started in our 20s. Oh well, better late than never as they say!

{smile} 😇 Yes, "better late than never" is terrific! My guess is that most of my readers are not young, but perhaps we can reach some of the youth anyway and pass down a bit of wisdom to create a better future.

I don't follow any "named" diet, but I'm certainly very, very far from a "vegan". The main dietary plan I recommend is: non-processed! Get back to nature!
